Creating Healthy Boundaries Within Relationships (Course)
Do you find it hard to know where you stop and another person begins? Are your relationships with other people becoming out of control? Do you always expect someone else to change? Do you want to know why you’re attracting the same partners over and over again? Do you wish you could just say no to people? Are you repeating negative patterns that you don’t know how to change? Do you want to have healthy relationships with the people in your life?
Relationships are often one of the most challenging things we have to navigate in our lives. If our mind, attitude and emotions are healthy we are more likely to attract that attitude back from others and the process becomes much easier. On this course you will look at different types of relationships and the expectations within them, the tendencies you have and the patterns you are caught up in. You will be shown techniques in which to create healthy boundaries within yourself and other people, creating more harmony and fulfillment in your life.
