She is trained in mediation and facilitation skills and has delivered numerous courses and sessions to small and large groups alike. Lucie also works with individuals on a one to one basis supporting them in a number of areas including; facing life's challenges, unexpected change, work and life balance, breaking through blocks, career direction, unhealthy relationships, family, sexuality, working towards your goals and setting boundaries. Lucie has developed techniques to encourage self belief, self empowerment and positive attitudinal changes, which when used on a daily basis, can create lasting change and effects in one's life.
